Hammers Banging in the Head!!!!

Reasons that may triggers your Headache.....

How it started? What was the reason?

it could be something you ate, Not enough sleep,

It will be interesting to know the things that work as triggers for the headaches...

1. Dehydration...

The most of the people admitted this mistake....they don't cosume enough water to hydrate  themselves. You know gallons of water is not required to          hydrate yourself. If you can't  drink water at regular intervals then take more      water from eating fruits and vegetables by  doing this it will not only hydrate      you but also you'll get the nutrirents that comes with  them.

2. Stay hungry is foolishness...

Yes, Your heard it right Skipping meals is the most common trigger for headache. Everybody is too busy, so take a break have some nutritious food for you because its your health.

3. "Lets have a break, come we'll have coffee"...

Anything in excess is always harmful....Same as coffee which contains  caffeine. A little intake can help headaches but if it is in excess it can trigger it    your headache or may be acidity.

If you got the feeling that your headache is the trigger to your headache then    gradually cut down the intake by no more than two days a week

4.  From tomorrow I'll start Exercise...

In a recent study it is showed that those who are not really physically active      are more prone to get headaches than those who woked out for atleast 20-30    minutes daily. so, Aim for atleast 20 to 30 minutes of cardio vascular  exercises, five days a week. It lead to relieve the stress, increase blood  circulation in brain, and get feel-good endorohins flowing.

5.  Less sleep...

In one of major study it was revealed that the ones who slept an average of  6Hrs a night are tended to have more frequent and severe headaches than  those who slept on an average of 7 to 8Hrs.

6. Am I looking fat...

A most recent study came out with the research that the women with mild  obesity (i.e. a BMI of 30) are at greater risk of headaches than those with  lower BMI. BMI of 40 are more prone to headaches.

7. What type of person you are...

Your personality is also have a role in trigger such as certain traits, rigidity, reserve nature and obsessivity, they all together make you headache prone. If that sounds your type then its time to get up and enrole in relaxation training.

 8. Your paint job...

Its more than the argument over the paint color that gives you a headache;  the harmful fumes from the paint are enough to trigger your headache.  Nowadays many manufacturers started nearly odorless paints which are low in   VOC i.e. volatile Organic Compound which is main trigger to your headache. So   next time you ask no headache paint.

9.  W A F...

In one of the survey it was revealed that 46% of sufferers responded that "sex   had triggered a headache". This is called overexertion headache likewise the joggers and weightlifters gets sometimes. It might be possible that you might feel a dull pain that build during foreplay and get sudden headache at orgasm (more likely in males). For most of the men, though, sex headaches are not  harmful.

10. Aaaah long vacations....

Yes, You heard it right... when you take a break from your daily routine sometimes  it can cause the headache which is called as Weekend or "let-down" headaches. Ease into the change by keeping your sleep time as normal as possible—you’ll end up feeling more rested than if you stay in bed until noon.

So, to windup the things at last I can say never ever feed your headache

Because everyone reacts differently, but there are some foods whci are known    to trigger     headaches for many people but on the other hand for others (especially those rich in magnesium) seem to help prevent them.

Eat: Spinach, tofu, oat bran, barley, fish oil, olive oil, white beans, sunflower and pumpkin    seeds.

Avoid: Red wine, beer, MSG (Monosodium glutamate) rich foods i.e. tomatoes,Parmesan,    potatoes, mushrooms, and other vegetables and fruits, chocolate, aged cheese, saurkraut,      processed meats like pepperoni, ham, stews, meat soups and salami
