Is it really helpful to skip meals!!!

I am getting late for work, leave the breakfast I’ll have lunch directly!


Sounds familiar because we used to do this in order to stay healthy. But, do you really think that it will help you for keeping you healthy. If You’re thinking that you can lose weight so you are wrong, by skipping the most important meal of the day i.e. breakfast neither you can lose weight nor you can stay healthy.

From lots of reasons to not to skip meals I am listing some of the important and shocking outcomes of skipping meals.

If you listen to your ancestors then you come to know that you should take all three meals at a specified time whether it may be big or small. So, skipping meals is never healthy instead it has many side effects!

Research in Washington revealed a Good news for wine loving diabetics! A new study had came out that claimed “If you have a glass of red wine every night it will be beneficial for diabetes in managing your cholesterol level and protecting their hearts”. The research was done on more than 220 type 2 diabetics, and was conducted over the course of 2 years, which shows who drank 150ml glass of red wine with dinner had higher levels of so-called 'good cholesterol'.

Summer Special: Beat The Heat Seven days into the month of May, the summer season has truly begun in the Capital. Temperatures are already on the rise and the loo (dry and hot seasonal wind) is right around the corner. It's important, in these early stages of the season, that one takes precautions against the problems that come up in summers. So,lets list out the possible problems: "Short-term overexposure can cause burning. The skin becomes red, painful and may peel. A cool shower, soothing cream and emollients may help. Another effect is heat exhaustion, when the temperature within the body may increase from 37 degree celsius to 40 degree celsius leading to headaches, excessive sweating, sudden fainting and dehydration. Drinking plenty of cool fluids will help. Heat stroke occurs as a progression from heat cramps, syncope and exhaustion. Solutions for heat stroke include going to a shaded space, drinking plenty of fluids and taking a cool shower."
